Our conception about Continuous Improvement pushed us towards the task of building of our own packing plant aside our plantation.
This allows us not only to pack our product however the customer whishes to receive but also we are able to introduce any new technologies that assure quality and long health at the post-harvest life of our cherries.
That's why we have a Hidrocooler, measurement devices, durofel & vacuum/gas injection machine, which generates modified atmospheres.
The personnel at the plant is trained every year in all topics about hygiene, security and handling of the product.
